First drawing of 2015 Neko Emoji-17 (Happy) [V1]
I recieved a couple of artbooks and books on how to color, last christmas~ So from now on I'll be working on getting better at painting, something I had never put much effort into until recently. I'm working on poses now, too. Once I practice that, I gotta start drawings backgrounds... onion sad  but hey, one thing at a time! Bear Emoji-33 (Sad) [V2]  hahahaha.

Since I've been re-reading Sailor Moon, here's a drawing of Mina who happens to be my favorite character Little Pixel Heart  Neko Emoji-42 (Kawaii Moe Smile) [V3]

Hello my friend!! Gosh... this is totally amazing!!! The linework, the perspective, the coloring... I dunno where to start, it's all so good!! I suppose I'm most impressed with the perspective, you picked a very challenging pose, with a good deal of foreshortening thrown in, and it would've been verrry easy to mess up the pose with just a minor mistake. Plus, the body is bent at an atypical angle... so all the way around, the pose is exceedingly ambitious. Which is why I'm so amazed at how well you executed the proportions!! Most importantly, everything is the right size, and you even did a great job with the 'ankle-cross' :3 And then there's the hair... I love how it pools and cascades, you get that sense of movement and depth ^-^ And you even used the portions that were touching the ground to add a greater sense of depth: even though you can't see the 'floor', the way her hair lays on it gives the impression of a 3 dimensional surface.

Glad to see you're breaking down your practice into specific areas of weakness, the key is definitely to try to not do everything all at once ^^ Keep up the fantastic work, my friend!!
